The living accommodation is completely open plan and there is a large garden, ideal for summer barbecues and a great place for children to enjoy. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and we even have WiFi broadband access for guests. The house benefits from central heating.

There are many outdoor pursuits available nearby, ranging from golf, walking and fishing to sailing on the Firth of Forth. We are close to many beautiful beaches and are within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre, just 20 miles away.
