The ground floor level of the house has a large sitting room and kitchen area, a conservatory with a dining table and chairs, a toilet and shower room, a spacious bedroom, and an additional small kitchen. On the first floor there is a Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a Twin room with a separate bathroom.

The sitting room offers fantastic views of the loch and has a sofa and armchairs, a television, and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine and an oven. All cooking utensils have been provided, as well as plates and cutlery. In addition there is a kettle and a toaster. The conservatory dining room overlooks the gardens and has a decking area for use during the summer.
