The Granary is located in Boarhills, just outside St. Andrews, and is available for two night short breaks as well as Saturday to Saturday lets. Electricity is included in the rental rate and the house has oil central heating. High chairs and cots can be provided. One pet is permitted and there is a private garden to the rear of the house complete with table and chairs.

The house also shares ten acres of grounds with other properties and there is a children’s playground and a private stream which can be used by guests for fishing. The Granary is equipped with a television, a video player, a radio and a washing machine, and has an open fire in the living room. Electric blankets are provided during the winter months. Linen and towels can be hired for £2 per person per week. Private parking is available at the house and there is a local shop and a pub within two miles of the property.
