The apartment building was built in 1885 by Captain W. Buchanan. All of the apartments have wonderful sea views and overlook Lamlash Bay. There are many original features in the apartments, combined with modern and comfortable amenities. Linen and towels are provided, as are hairdryers, ironing facilities and electric blankets. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a television, a DVD player, a CD player, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
There is plenty of car parking space at the apartments. The gardens are open to guests and can make use of the golf clubs, croquet set, boules, and the barbeque. The apartments are non-smoking in all of the rooms. Pets are not permitted. The owners are able to provide a box of groceries on arrival if pre-ordered.
