The accommodation comprises a lounge with widescreen TV and DVD player, a kitchen area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a modern bathroom. We also provide a range of tourist information to help you get the most from your stay, as there is so much to see and do in Edinburgh.

Locally, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and traditional pubs. There is also a swimming pool nearby, and the Botanic Gardens, Water of Leith walkway and Inverleith Park are all within easy reach if you feel that you need to escape from the hustle and bustle. There are plenty of buses and taxis available nearby and Princes Street is a 20 minute walk from the flat.
