The flat is reached by stairs or an elevator and can sleep up to 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa beds in the spacious sitting room. There is a large dining table, a kitchen with modern appliances, and also a lovely balcony. Bed linen and towels are included in the hire charge.

Stockbridge has a bustling village atmosphere and is famous for its wonderful shops. The flat is within easy reach of the city centre, either by bus or on foot, and is also close to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the Water of Leith Walkway, a tranquil rural retreat in the heart of the city.
