There is a lovely bathroom which benefits from both a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences and there is a large dining table with space for 8 people to enjoy dinner in style. Our prices include electricity and gas, bed linen, towels and internet access. We are sorry but we do not allow pets.

The apartment has lovely views over Inverleith Row to Edinburgh Castle. We are on a main bus route but the city centre is still within walking distance (approximately 30 minutes away). There are lots of lovely walks and cycle paths along the Water of Leith nearby. There are also many shops and a great café/restaurant at the bottom of the road.
