The sitting/dining room has a TV and DVD player with a window overlooking the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is also a separate utility room which includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing facilities and the freezer. There is a door leading to the paved patio area where you can sit and relax.

The apartment is just ten minutes’ walk from Princes Street and the city centre, where you will find a host of attractions. In fact there are so many to choose from that we have thoughtfully provided maps, books and information on what to see and do to help you get the most from your stay.
