We can comfortably accommodate six people in our three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all the basics like sugar, tea, coffee, milk and bread waiting for you on arrival. Further groceries can be supplied on request at an extra cost.

This peaceful location is an ideal spot to relax and unwind while still enjoying all the city centre amenities. The house is only ten minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Princes Street, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants, but if you want to get away from it all, the Water of Leith has wonderfully picturesque walks along its banks.
