The cottages are an ideal base for exploring the nearby area. Jedburgh is just a short drive away, while Edinburgh, Newcastle and Carlisle are approximately one hour away by car. There are riding stables, golf courses and fishing nearby and this part of Scotland is a wonderful place for walking and cycling.
