Parklands has six guest bedrooms, some of which are located on the ground floor. Double Twin and Family rooms are offered, some with en-suite bathrooms and others with a private bathroom situated on the same floor.

Room facilities include a television, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, linen and towels. Ironing facilities are also available on request. Wireless internet access is available throughout the guest house. A full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room and is included in the daily room rate. There are several local restaurants within walking distance of the guest house, with many options for lunch and dinner. Parklands is close to Murrayfield Stadium and the Royal Commonwealth Pool.
