Guest House is very similar to a Bed & Breakfast, although the primary difference is that a Guest House offers more than three or four rooms, and a Bed & Breakfast has three rooms or less for accommodation.

St Andrews House a luxury guest house located just outside Edinburgh city centre in the village of Corstorphine. The journey takes approximately ten minutes and Princes Street can also be reached on foot. The guest house was built in 1930 and has been restored to an excellent standard with modern styling, yet maintaining many of the original features with classic wood and fabrics.
