Guest House is very similar to a Bed & Breakfast, although the primary difference is that a Guest House offers more than three or four rooms, and a Bed & Breakfast has three rooms or less for accommodation.

Our superior Edwardian mansion accommodation is located in the heart of Morayshire, three miles from Elgin town. We have a gorgeous panoramic view of the Laich of Moray, the Moray Firth and the hills of Sutherland. We provide a lovely traditional full Scottish breakfast, and we obtain most of our food locally, including lovely smoked salmon, delicious mackerel, local cheese and home made breads.
