Guest House is very similar to a Bed & Breakfast, although the primary difference is that a Guest House offers more than three or four rooms, and a Bed & Breakfast has three rooms or less for accommodation.
We have a lovely sandstone detached guest house with the feel of a family home, which is located close to all amenities including the beach and city centre in the lovely seaside town of Largs, in Ayrshire. We offer high standard comfortable accommodation to give you total comfort and relaxation during your holiday. We are close to many good restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and local shops. We have a lovely dining room in which we serve you a hearty full Scottish breakfast.
With over a half an acre of garden, the Manse which has two large and airy en-suite double/twin bedrooms. We are open all year round, except Christmas and New Year. St. Leonard’s Manse and the adjoining National Trust’s Branklyn Garden are both situated up a private slip road just off the Dundee Road.
