Our guest house is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. We provide a full Scottish breakfast in our lovely dining room. Edinburgh Castle, the historic Royal Mile, the Usher Hall and the Kings Theatre are all within walking distance. There are many activities nearby, including walking, cycling, playing golf and touring the many historical attractions. There are many public transport links in the area making all areas of Edinburgh easily accessible.

All our rooms are spacious, and tastefully furnished, with central heating and have en-suite bathrooms. We supply a hospitality tray, the ideal welcome when you come back after a long day exploring Edinburgh. This lovely accommodation is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bruntsfield area to the south of Edinburgh, a minute away from Bruntsfield Park. You can walk easily to the Old Town and Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, the museums and many other city centre attractions. There are also plenty of interesting places to eat in the Bruntsfield area, where you will find pubs, bars, interesting local shops, cinemas, cafés and golf courses. We have limited car parking which needs to be booked in advance.
