Guest House is very similar to a Bed & Breakfast, although the primary difference is that a Guest House offers more than three or four rooms, and a Bed & Breakfast has three rooms or less for accommodation.
We are a comfortable guest house in Perth with seven bedrooms ( one single, four twin/double, two family rooms ). All the rooms are ensuite with colour TV, hospitality trays, trouser presses and hairdryers, private parking is available and prices are inclusive of breakfast.
Colson House is a film star themed guest house, located in Kemp Town and close to the Pier, the Pavilion and the Conference Centre. The famous Lanes are a short walk away, as are many shops, restaurants, clubs and bars.

Shotover Country Park is also close by, while the city centre is within two miles of the house. The coach stop for services to Central London and Heathrow and Gatwick Airports is a short walk from the property. Guests are invited to make use of free private parking and there is a large garden to the rear of the house.
