All of the bedrooms are bright and spacious, with either en-suite or private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a wonderful view of the Salisbury Craggs, while the Quad room overlooks Arthur’s Seat. In addition there is a luxury Double/Twin room which have views of the rear garden. Room facilities include satellite television, internet access, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.

A full Scottish breakfast is served each morning and is included in the daily rate. Vegetarian options are also available. The guest house has off street parking for three cars.
