The guest house has four bedrooms, all of which have private en-suite bathrooms. Additional facilities include a television, a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Ground floor accommodation is available and all of the bedrooms are situated at the back of the building. The guest house benefits from a tourist information point and also has a water cooler and payphone. This is a non smoking guest house but there is an area available for use for smokers.

The port of Leith is a short distance from the guest house and offers an alternative to the city centre, with the Ocean Terminal shopping centre, a multiplex cinema, a spa and a range of restaurants. In addition the Royal Yacht Britannia is situated at Leith and is open for audio guided tours throughout the year.

The guest house offers free wireless internet access. We have ground floor accommodation available and our other bedrooms are at the back of the building, offering a quiet space in the bustle of the city.
