I did not stay at hillveiw,because when we arrived there was no one there,We waited 45 minutes and then had to find accommodation elsewhere.An email was sent to our home address on or about 19 May but we had already left Australia.It would have been nice if someone had met us at he cottage on the day and told us that the accommodation wasn't ready,anyway we have just moved on and just forgot the whole sorry thing.
