The Guest House has seven bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms. All of the rooms are modern and spacious, and are equipped with a television and tea and coffee making facilities. Cots, hairdryer and ironing facilities are all available on request. Pets are permitted if prior notice is given. Free parking alongside the Guest House is available. A choice of traditional cooked breakfast, a vegetarian option or continental breakfast is served each morning. All of the food is prepared to order.
Close to the Guest House is Ocean’s Terminal, a large shopping centre with a food court, a cinema and a spa centre. This is also where Royal Yacht Britannia is located. We are based in the historic port of Leith.
