We have five traditional and comfortable en-suite guest rooms, with a range of home comforts, including a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, television, and tea and coffee making facilities. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available on request. Our breakfast is made using the finest fresh ingredients. Unfortunately we have no bedrooms on the ground floor; all our rooms are on the first floor.
We are conveniently located on a bus route on Dalkeith Road, which is to the south side of Edinburgh, and close to the bypass with a fast and frequent service to the centre. Our location is ideal for Holyrood Park and we are near the Commonwealth Pool and the new Scottish Parliament. We are non-smoking guest house. We are 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and there is a regular bus link to the airport from Princes Street which takes around 30 minutes.
