There are some master bedrooms which have wonderful four poster beds. Many of the rooms have antique furniture and some have views of the surrounding countryside.

The hotel has its own restaurant which is very popular with the locals and serves traditional dishes, made with fresh local produce. Aberdeen Angus beef, fish and shellfish are all specialities. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list. There are many National Trust buildings in the area as well as several whisky and castle trails to enjoy.
