There is a dining room in which breakfast and dinner are served, using local produce and traditional home cooked dishes. Special dietary requirements can be catered for if requested prior to arrival. The B&B is surrounded by beautiful scenery including many hills suitable for walkers and spots for trout fishing or sea angling.
Out Skerries has a historic lighthouse which was built in 1857 by Robert Louis Stevenson's uncle. There are many historic artefacts which have been recovered from various ship wrecks in the area and are now on display at the Shetland Museum in tne main town of Lerwick. At Battle Pund there is a forty three foot stone circle which is thought to date back to the Bronze Age and is definitely worth a visit.
