Bed and Breakfast is usually defined by Visit Scotland as a private accommodation offering less than four rooms to Guests. Usually can be viewed as a 'Smaller' Guesthouse and does not have as stringent licencing regulations. However in most respects these are almost identical to Guest Houses.
Welcome to Cambeth Lodge, a magnificent stone-built house situated close to Inverness city centre. The Lodge stands in a peaceful location within its own grounds and has a large car park for guests. It is also well within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the cathedral and other attractions. We have three generously proportioned guest rooms: a double room with a private bathroom, a twin room with an en-suite bathroom, and a further twin room.

Built in the late 19th century, Carbisdale is a lovely Victorian villa which has been fully refurbished and sympathetically renovated to a very high standard. It sits in a quiet residential area just above Inverness city centre, ideally located for accessing all the local amenities. A warm welcome is guaranteed. Breakfast is served in our lovely dining room which has great views of our pretty garden. We use local produce and provide home made jam and bread where possible.
This family-run bed and breakfast accommodation can be found in the centre of Ecclefechan, a village which found fame as the birthplace of Thomas Carlyle, the Victorian essayist and historian. We are ideally located for accessing the M74 motorway, which takes guests further north into Scotland, or south into England, making us a great base for exploring the area. We also have private off-street parking in the walled garden and provide secure storage for bicycles.

Carn A’Chuilinn is located on the outskirts of Fort Augustus, a Highland village lying at the southern tip of Loch Ness, very near Inverness. The house sits in wonderful garden grounds and has amazing views of the surrounding countryside. We have a twin, king and family bedroom offering flexible accommodation to weary travelers. All rooms have a television, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and hospitality tray.
Carneil Road, Carnock by Dunfermline Fife Scotland
Carneil Farmhouse is situated on a working dairy farm near the Fife town of Dunfermline. It is set in an elevated position, with wonderful views of Fife, the Firth of Forth and the Ochil Hills. The house offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation and has been sympathetically refurbished over the years to provide modern facilities while still retaining much of its period charms.
Carraig Fhada Farm is set in a tranquil, rural location, between the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We are adjacent to Port Ellen Lighthouse on the dramatic Isle of Islay. Our accommodation is comprised of two guest rooms, a double and a twin/double, with TV, video and tea/coffee making facilities. The twin room has its own washbasin, while the guest bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin, WC and basin.
