Bed and Breakfast is usually defined by Visit Scotland as a private accommodation offering less than four rooms to Guests. Usually can be viewed as a 'Smaller' Guesthouse and does not have as stringent licencing regulations. However in most respects these are almost identical to Guest Houses.
Braemore provides comfortable and modern bed and breakfast accommodation in the loch side village of Arrochar. It is set in large private gardens and boasts stunning views of Loch Long and the nearby mountains including the famous 'Cobbler' (otherwise known as Ben Arthur). It is a quiet and welcoming haven set away from the main road on the slopes facing the loch. Our accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and one twin room, all of which are fully en-suite with hospitality tray, TV and DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock, dressing gown and slippers.
We are one of the oldest houses in Portree, formerly a farmhouse and byre that has now been converted into comfortable accommodation for the visitor to Skye. Bridgend House is a cosy Scottish home, standing on the village green in the centre of picturesque Drumnadrochit. Three well-decorated bedrooms are available for guests: one double with en-suite bathroom, one king/twin room (again, with en-suite) and we also have a single room available by arrangement. All rooms have Sky television, hairdryers, books and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are welcome to join us for breakfast in our lovely dining room and we use only the best fresh local produce in our meals.
