Bed and Breakfast is usually defined by Visit Scotland as a private accommodation offering less than four rooms to Guests. Usually can be viewed as a 'Smaller' Guesthouse and does not have as stringent licencing regulations. However in most respects these are almost identical to Guest Houses.
This modern B&B accommodation enjoys a rural position overlooking the wonderful vista of the Moray Firth, just a mile from the famous Culloden Battlefield. We have one en-suite twin room, and two single bedrooms which share bathroom facilities. Ours guests are welcome to use the drawing room which is equipped with a television and has lovely views across our garden and terrace across to the woods, where deer can often be spotted.

Woodend is a modern B&B set in the popular yet peaceful Highland village of Ballachulish, just one mile from Glencoe. We have three guest rooms in total - a double and two twin rooms. You’ll find the double and the first twin room on the first floor. These have a shared bathroom. The second twin room is downstairs and benefits from its own private bathroom.
