Bed and Breakfast is usually defined by Visit Scotland as a private accommodation offering less than four rooms to Guests. Usually can be viewed as a 'Smaller' Guesthouse and does not have as stringent licencing regulations. However in most respects these are almost identical to Guest Houses.

We are near the market town of Saffron Walden and not far away is Audley End House. Our accommodation has 14 tastefully decorated rooms, each one individually furnished to an excellent quality either in a modern or old fashioned style. The rooms are based either in the 'The Pavilion' or “The Courtyard’.
