Bed and Breakfast is usually defined by Visit Scotland as a private accommodation offering less than four rooms to Guests. Usually can be viewed as a 'Smaller' Guesthouse and does not have as stringent licencing regulations. However in most respects these are almost identical to Guest Houses.
Adam Drysdale House is a lovely Georgian town house built around 1800. We are a family-run business and will provide you with low cost, good qua lity accommodation in Edinburgh. We are situated in the city centre and we will welcome you with the best Scottish hospitality to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. We have decorated the whole house tastefully while still retaining most of the Georgian character. Some of our rooms have an excellent view of Edinburgh Castle. We provide one of the best full Scottish breakfasts in our lovely spacious dining room, which includes local Scottish kippers, fish cakes and haggis. We can provide an early breakfast for those have to travel early. We have ample private parking for our guests.
