We have three spacious bedrooms which are decorated to a very good standard. Two of the rooms have a super king-sized bed, one of them is en-suite and one of our twin rooms is also en-suite. The rooms are well furnished with freeview TV, radio, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities, and water bottles are included. We have no rooms for under 16s.
We are fifteen miles from Perth on A93. From here, find the A923, follow the road to Coupar Angus and Dundee for just under mile and you will find us the right hand side of the road. We are thirty minutes from Dundee and Perth and forty minutes from Edinburgh. There are many activities nearby, including the Highland Games, car rallying, motor bike rallying, walking, and fishing on the loch.
