The House has three bedrooms, all with views of the valley and the nearby village. There is one spacious Double bedroom, one large Twin bedroom and a smaller Twin bedroom. They have been comfortably decorated in a cottage style and are equipped with a radio alarm clock, a hairdryer, books, magazines, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Please note that the three bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs and may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The House also has a sitting room which looks out over the garden and has views of Gargunnock village. There is an open log fire, a television, and comfortable chairs. Breakfast is served each morning in the sitting room and consists of cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice and fresh fruit. Local produce is used where possible.
