There are one and two bedroom apartments available as well as studios, all with a lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The bedrooms have double or twin beds, as requested. Children aged under fifteen years may be accommodated free of charge on a sofa bed which is situated in the living room. The sofa bed may be used by an adult for a supplement of ten pounds per night.

In all of the apartments the kitchen has a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar, as well as a washing machine and microwave. Additional facilities include a television, a hi-fi, central heating, a telephone, ironing facilities, a hairdryer, a clock radio, and a trouser press. There is a maid service once a week. High chairs, infant beds and toys can be provided for young children. Linen and towels are provided. All of the apartments have lift facilities, a secure entry phone and CCTV. Close to the apartments are several restaurants and bars, as well as a large supermarket. Reception is open between 08:00 and 20:00 on weekdays, and from 08:30 to 14:30 on weekends. Guests arriving outside of these times should advise the owners in advance.
