All of the guest bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have been uniquely decorated with antique furnishings. The bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary juice and biscuits, and a television. Ironing facilities and hairdryers are available at reception. Parking is available in the driveway.

Breakfast is served each morning with a choice of Full Scottish cooked breakfast, fruit juice, cereals, pancakes, croissants and hot drinks. Local produce is used where available. The Guest House is conveniently close to a range of golf courses, including the popular St Andrews and Carnoustie courses.
