We have a number of rooms, ranging from double and twin to family-sized rooms. These rooms are well decorated and furnished to give you a comfortable stay. All rooms are equipped with freeview TV, wash-hand basin, shaving point, towels and tea/coffee making facilities. We also have a camp bed that we can set up for an extra person. We welcome families with children. We have a wireless internet connection.

From the airport, travel to the city bypass on the A720 and then the A1. Exit at the Old Craighall junction and turn left towards Edinburgh. We are on the left hand side on the second roundabout. The number 44 bus from Princes Street runs directly along our street. We have free parking at the rear of the building and we are a non-smoking guest house.
