We offer you a choice of six excellent bedrooms, ranging from double, twin or family rooms. Four of these are en-suite and two have private bathroom facilities. They have central heating with their own temperature control. Breakfast is served in our cheery and bright dining room. We also have internet connection and wireless network access.

All our accommodation is in walking distance of the city centre and they are also on the main bus route or just a short taxi cab ride. The bus costs one pound or the taxi costs around six pounds from the city centre. There is a city link bus number 100 from the airport to Princes Street which costs five pound return. We are a non-smoking guest house.
