The upper lounge is available for guests to relax with a complimentary sherry or whisky. There is also a downstairs sun lounge which is a great place to read the paper on a lovely summer’s morning.
Arduthie is the ideal base for exploring the north east of Scotland. It is close to many tourist attractions such as magnificent castles, wonderful beaches and bustling coastal towns. Aberdeen city centre is just a short drive away where you will find a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars.

I loved Arduthie House and would recommend it to anyone. I would love to stay there again. Service was very friendly, and the rooms were spotless. It is in a fabulous position. I walked along the beach or up the cliffs every afternoon. The only drawback is the parking, if you have a car. However a small car was easy enough to park once the workers had left. Directions would be useful with the booking, such as a small mud map of the main streets.

located in beautiful surroundings of Stoneheaven and with nice service by warm & friendly couple,we thoroughly enjoyed staying in your beautiful Arduthie House.we made a good choice to stay in your House as it was our first experience to have BB not only in Scotland but also in our life. other three friends joined in my opinion.we hoped to stay longer next time. we miss beach and bar in harvour ,friendly people in recomended restaurant. we hope to see again Kathleen and Denis,and beautiful Arduthie House soon.
