The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living area where you will find a sofa bed that can accommodate more guests. The bathroom has a large bath and a power shower.

The bothy is situated on the ground floor and is in a quiet residential area. Shops, museums, art galleries, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The accommodation can also be rented for the duration of the famous Edinburgh Festival which takes place every August. We are sorry but pets are not permitted and the accommodation is non-smoking throughout.
