We have a number of spacious guest rooms, tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinated furniture to give you a comfortable and relaxed holiday. We can offer double, twin, triple and family rooms. Most are en-suite and all rooms are well equipped with colour TV, hairdryer, radio/alarm, towels and tea/coffee making facilities. The room on the ground floor is available on request – please mention this when booking. An extra camp bed and high chair are also available on request.

Our hotel is ideally situated for Waverly Station and the main bus station, just ten minutes walk away. The last check-in is 11 pm with no negotiation. There are many bus stops near us which will take you to all other areas of Edinburgh and we are only thirty minutes from Edinburgh Airport by taxi. There are many golf courses in the vicinity where you can enjoy playing a round.
