Our bedrooms are beautifully decorated and we have double, twin, single and family bedrooms. Most of the rooms are en-suite and all have gas central heating. In the room you will find a TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities; we also have an iron available on request and a pay phone in the hall.

There is a local bus service near our door which takes you to all the historical areas of Edinburgh. The West End of Princes Street is just ten minutes walk from the house and the Royal Mile only fifteen minutes away You can enjoy the world’s most spectacular city, with its medieval feel, and visit many historical attractions. You could also visit the Zoo, Botanic Gardens, the Royal Yacht Britannia and Princes Street Gardens. We have ample car parking and we are a non-smoking guest house.
