We offer a number of guest rooms which are all decorated tastefully; the double, twin and family bedrooms are fully en-suite and we also have a single room with a private bathroom. We have a ground floor bedroom available on request and children are very welcome. All bedrooms are equipped with colour TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. We have an internet café and also benefit from a residential alcohol license.
We are fifteen minutes walk from the city centre and we are on the main bus route to the city centre and airport. You can take the number 100 bus (airport link) from Edinburgh Airport to the West End which passes along our road. We are in walking distance of Haymarket train station, Murrayfield rugby stadium, pubs, good restaurants, local shops, the zoo, golf courses and many of Edinburgh’s famous historical attractions.

Good friendly welcome awaited us when we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, and the shower was good too! The decor was a bit shabby, but it was a place to sleep and the bed was comfy. Plenty space for clothing etc. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and we were very well looked after, top ups of tea/coffee and toast were aplenty-also a choice of fruit juice,milk fruit and yogurts all before the cooked breakfast. The location is great for those using murrayfield stadium. It was a five minute walk from Haymarket station and about a ten minute walk from murrayfield. If i am in the area again i will use Ashgrove again simply for the friendly service and location

Pleased with everything about our stay. Very convenient for the city and Murrayfield.Nice room with ensuite facilities and comfortable residents\' lounge. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. would look to use it again if visiting Edinburgh.
