We can offer you eight lovely bedrooms which comprise three double, three twin and two family rooms with en-suite facilities, so we can accommodate up to twenty four people. All rooms are well furnished and decorated. The rooms are equipped with cable TV, Sky Sports and movie channels, and tea and coffee making facilities. We provide a traditional full Scottish breakfast, or if you prefer, a lighter Continental breakfast is also served.

This guest house is perfectly situated on the main bus routes to the city centre. However, in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of shops and entertainment. We are in the perfect position for visiting the King’s Buildings, which are part of Edinburgh University. Our guest house is a good base for visiting many other parts of Scotland, and you can reach the M8 to Glasgow, M9 to Stirling or the M90 to Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen, Fife and the Highlands quite easily.
