We have one double room and one family room. There is a small WC and wash hand basin upstairs and there is a lovely bathroom on the ground floor. The two rooms both have Sky TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We provide a sumptuous breakfast with vegetarian choice. We have safe off-street parking and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles.

We are on the main local bus route between the Scottish Border towns and Edinburgh. We located in an ideal position for visiting the beautiful countryside, towns and villages of the Scottish Borders and also for visiting Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland.
