We have a number of excellent and spacious guest rooms with their own traditional character. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard giving you a comfortable and relaxing stay. Most of the rooms are en-suite and facilities include a colour television, alarm clock, hairdryer, ironing facilities, umbrellas for rainy days, a public phone in the hallway, free internet access, WI-FI throughout the guest house and tea/coffee making facilities. We also have a standard bedroom with a shared bathroom which is available at a cheaper rate. A high chair can be provided on request.

We are only fifteen minutes walk from the main bus and train stations at St Andrew Square and Waverley. You could travel from Edinburgh Airport, which is 10 miles away, in only thirty minutes. The number 100 bus service operates between Princes Street and the airport at a cost of £5 return. We have no car parking but there is restricted metered parking available on Royal Terrace, which costs £1 per hour, and there is free off-street parking at night and during the weekend.
