The guest house is a traditional Victorian building with twelve bedrooms, including family rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms and single rooms. Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities. Each room is beautifully furnished and all rooms have a television and tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request.

There is a choice of full Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast, served each morning in the dining room. The guest house can be accessed easily from Waverley train station and Edinburgh airport. The guest house has a residents lounge with a television which can be used by guests throughout the day and evening. Pets are not permitted and the property is non-smoking throughout. Cots are available on request and children are welcome.
