The first room is called Carnoustie and has a king size double bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second room is called Monifieth and also has a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The room has views of the River Tay and is large enough to accommodate three people, with the use of a single pull out bed. The third room is called St. Andrews and has twin beds and access to a private bathroom. The forth room is called the Blue Room and it has a single bed and access to a private bathroom. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, while guests can enjoy the television and games room at any time of the day or evening.



The Guest House also has a separate self-catering cottage located next to the main building. It has a large double bedroom, a lounge with a double sofa bed, a separate bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen. It is available for week long lets or for single night bed and breakfast stays.
