We have a number of excellent rooms which are warm and stylish to give you a very good night’s sleep. We also have a luxurious en-suite room which is very suitable for a honeymoon. We have double, twin and family rooms, and all include excellent power showers with a large shower tray, towels, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Our dining room, where breakfast is served, is beautifully designed with Italian art work and is very stylish.

We are close to all amenities and there are number of buses close by to take you to the Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament, Princes Street, Queen’s Park, Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh University and many golf courses. We are in walking distance of the Commonwealth swimming pool. We are a non-smoking guest house.
