All our rooms are en-suite and our double room has a four-poster bed. The rooms are very comfortable and we have central heating through out the house. The rooms have TV/video, tea/coffee making facilities, electric blankets and a cupboard with children's toys and video games. We provide a full Scottish breakfast and home cooked meals are available on request. Our food is very healthy, with locally produced meat and organic vegetables used wherever possible.

Our accommodation is perfect for walking in this beautiful area of the Scottish Borders.
Guests can also easily drive to Edinburgh (24 miles away) and Glasgow (30 miles away).
