We offer eleven elegant bedrooms with the highest quality services and furniture in the traditional Scottish style. All bedrooms are well-proportioned and have views of our beautiful garden and beyond. All rooms have private/en-suite bathrooms. There is also central heating, tea/coffee facilities, televisions & hairdryers. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a garden area where you can sit and relax in the peaceful surroundings.
There many local activities nearby, including golf courses, tennis, swimming and also local shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and Post Offices. There is off street parking available nearby. We are only 100 metres from the local bus service. The Scottish Parliament, Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University are close to our accommodation and are easy to reach by bus.

Myself, husband, son & his girlfriend spent 3nites at this wonderful B&B. This accomadation proved one of the best for our trip. The rooms were most comfortable & a most generous size. The service was too perfection. The breakfast was excellent. As of all of Scotland, we found the friendliness unsurpassed. There was not anything anybody would not try & do for you. The young woman serving at breakfast gave our son tips on sightseeing for the day. It was wonderful, we walked 14-16hrs!!!! Oh how we loved Edinburgh. I would not hesitate recommending this delightful B&B, and will defintely return...... one day!!!

My stay at Ard-na-said with my family and friends was too good ,what we liked the most is its flawless beautiful classic interiors , wonderful neat toilets and the good service we experienced .personaly i will choose ard-na-said for my next visit also , Iam very impressed .
