We ideally located for visiting the city centre and we are on the main bus routes to all other areas of Edinburgh. We are twenty minutes walk from Waverly Station and St Andrew Square bus station. We are close to the A1 and the bypass which makes it easy to reach the north or south of Scotland. Edinburgh Airport is 30 minutes by taxi. We are a non-smoking guest house.
