Our Victorian villa has been tastefully restored with a contemporary Scottish theme. The view from the front is over a private golf club and to the rear there are playing fields. We offer bed and breakfast facilities in purpose build guest accommodation with a private entrance. The guest house has a range of room types including Twin, Double, Family and ground floor rooms. All of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, a television, a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

There is also a welcome pack in each room which has information and maps of the local area. Breakfast is included in the daily room rate and consists of a traditional cooked meal or a Vegetarian option. In addition there are cereals, fruit juices, toast, tea and coffee, all served in the Conservatory which overlooks the garden.

The guest house offers private parking. Many attractions are within walking distance including Arthur’s Seat, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament.
